Both Team To Score Tip: YES

Reason For Liverpool VS Crystal Palace Betting Tips

Liverpool extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League last weekend with a hard fought 1-0 win away to West Brom, following on from their comeback at Stoke the weekend before to make it seven games without loss for them in the Premier League.

Five of these seven games have ended in victory too, which has significantly strengthened their bid for a top four spot in the league. They are now six points clear of 5th placed Manchester United in 3rd, although their arch rivals do have two games in hand as well.

Whilst Liverpool’s results may have improved of late their defence is still showing some quite obvious gaps. They have conceded in 12 of their last 14 games in all competitions, and even at home they have kept just one clean sheet in their last nine matches.

This will please Crystal Palace, who have enjoyed a remarkable turnaround of late and find themselves seven points clear of relegation trouble now. They came back from two goals behind to claim a point at home to Leicester last weekend, and that came after a 3-0 humiliation of Arsenal at Selhurst Park.

The Eagles have won five, drawn one, and lost one of their last seven games in the Premier League, scoring in every one of those games and making them one of the form teams in the bottom half of the Premier League.

Crystal Palace have been excellent at the back during this run of games, but only three of them have been away from home and I can’t see them keeping a clean sheet against a Liverpool side who have found the net in 16 of their last 18 games at Anfield.

Considering both teams are in fantastic attacking form at the moment backing Both Teams to Score at 10/11 looks like the best value offering here, so I’m going for that. Liverpool have struggled against teams of Palace’s calibre this season though, so I’m going for a 2-2 correct score predictions at huge odds of 20/1 as well.

There’s also a lot of value to be had in backing Phillipe Coutinho to score anytime at 13/8. The Brazilian playmaker has scored three in his last four home games and will be one of the main focal points of attack with Sadio Mane and Adam Lallana injured, so he looks the best choice for our goalscorer predictions.

Head To Head

Liverpool and Crystal Palace have each won three, drawn one, and lost three of their last seven meetings with one another.
